What means Boshiken ?
Boshiken (拇指拳) is a specific Uechi-Ryu Kicks also called tiger paw strike.
Boshi (拇指) literally means thumb
Ken (拳) means fist
Boshiken is a strike where you hit with the knuckle of your thumb.
It’s a very powerful and precise strike related to vital points (Kyusho) and this strike allows too to grab your opponent.
What is the goal of Boshiken ?
